Manly Protein Balls 

They’re manly.  Ingredients:  • 1/2 cup almond butter   • 10 dried apricots   • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips   • 1 tsp shredded coconut   • 1/4 tsp ground chia seeds   • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract   • 2 tbsp cashew milk  Method:  • blend ingredients until the apricots are hardly visible   • freeze 10 min
